At Jireh Design & Trading, we stand behind the quality of our flooring materials and installation workmanship.

Warranty Coverage

Residential Flooring: 15 Years Material Warranty

Commercial Flooring: 5 Years Material Warranty

Installation Workmanship: 1 Year Workmanship Warranty

The material warranty covers manufacturing defects that affect the normal use or performance of the flooring. The workmanship warranty covers defects directly caused by installation work carried out by Jireh Flooring.

Where a valid warranty claim is confirmed, we may, at our reasonable discretion, repair, replace or rectify the affected area.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by:

* Existing or uneven substrates, structural movement or pre-existing defects

* Cracked, loose, hollow or moving existing tiles

* Flooding, water leakage or excessive moisture

* Accidents, heavy impact, misuse or improper use

* Scratches or damage caused by furniture, objects or activities outside normal use

* Improper cleaning, maintenance or unsuitable chemicals

* Repairs, alterations or installation carried out by others without our approval

* Normal variations in colour, shade, grain, knots, texture or pattern

* Minor differences between samples, photographs, website images and installed flooring

Natural product variations are not considered manufacturing defects.

Furniture & Existing Items

Our installers will take reasonable care around existing furniture, walls, skirting, cabinets and appliances. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, weakness or deterioration. Customers should remove or protect valuable or fragile items before installation.

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, please contact us through WhatsApp Customer Service or our Website Contact Form.

Please provide:

1. Name

2. Order or quotation details

3. Installation address

4. Description of the issue

5. Photos or videos

6. Approximate date the issue was noticed

We may arrange an inspection to determine the cause of the issue.

Warranty Remedy

For approved claims, Jireh Flooring may:

Repair the affected area where practical

Replace affected flooring where necessary

Rectify installation defects caused by our workmanship

A claim affecting one area does not automatically entitle the customer to replacement of the entire floor. Replacement materials may have slight differences due to production batches, availability or discontinued products.

Warranty Conditions

To maintain warranty coverage, customers should:

* Use the flooring for its intended purpose

* Follow recommended cleaning and maintenance instructions

* Prevent excessive water and moisture exposure

* Avoid dragging heavy furniture across the flooring

* Contact us promptly when an issue is discovered

* Avoid unauthorised repairs or modifications

Warranty Period

The applicable warranty period begins from the date stated on the relevant quotation, invoice or other agreed documentation.

Residential Material: 15 Years

Commercial Material: 5 Years

Workmanship: 1 Year

Our Commitment

We believe our service continues after installation. Where a flooring issue is covered under this warranty, we will review the matter and arrange reasonable rectification in accordance with the applicable warranty terms.

This Warranty Policy should be read together with Jireh Flooring’s Terms & Conditions and the specific terms stated in the customer’s quotation or invoice. Warranty rights are subject to applicable laws of Singapore.
